An all-purpose watch for every pursuit, the Chronomat was introduced in 1984 to celebrate Breitling’s centenary in style.

Inspired by the original 1980s Chronomat, created for aerobatic squadrons, the Super Chronomat is the boldest of all the models in the Chronomat collection. Representing purpose, action, and style, the Super Chronomat is characterised by ceramic inserts on the bezel, chronograph pushers, and crown, as well as a Rouleaux-inspired rubber or metal strap.

CONFIDENT AND ROBUST

This all-purpose sports watch is presented in a 44mm titanium case, with a unidirectional ratcheted rotating bezel and a sapphire crystal caseback, revealing the movement within.

Protected by sapphire crystal, the grey dial features three black chronograph sub-dials – a 1/4th second chronograph, and 30-minute and 12-hour totalisers – as well as a date display and a tachymeter scale to measure speed over a fixed distance. The watch fastens with a titanium bracelet, completing the sophisticated aesthetic.

Power and precision are provided by the Breitling 01 calibre self-winding mechanical movement, complete with a 70-hour power reserve and water resistance to 20 bar (200 metres).
